Returns for products purchased from mota.com are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS

Please note if a mota product was purchased from a retailer, store, or website other than mota.com, the return must be initiated through that entity as we do not have access to your purchase or payment information.

REFUNDS:

Be in new, saleable condition Accompany all the original packaging, manuals, etc Be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If the returned item does not meet requirements above, there will be a restocking fee or you’ll be issued a mota.com credit.

We will credit you the full amount of the goods value minus shipping charges. Please contact us prior to sending your item to receive a RMA number.
